Scary game and/or half life 2 (Or other game) mod suggestions?

I want to play some scary games, however, most of the ones that were released in the passed 5 years suck...



I've played:

Nightmare House 2 (Scary as hell)

Amnesia (Wasn't scary at all)

Penumbra (Not scary)

About to try Underhell



I need some suggestions! I don't want old games like Alone in the Dark, I wanna see if anyone knows of a game thats scary that I haven't found yet so I can play it.Scary game and/or half life 2 (Or other game) mod suggestions?
